My
Webpage
So
you want to know how I created this website...
Second
Part : Links and roll-over effects in ImageReady
First of all,
click on
the "Jump to ImageReady"
button in the tool bar in photoshop. Be aware that all the changes you
make in ImageReady will change your document in Photoshop also.

We will now see how to transform the 3 layers of
each button into a "mouse roll-over button" :
- Select the "slice select tool" on the toolbar. select your first
button. go to [window->show rollover]. In the rollover tab that
just appeared, you can see an image called "normal". Click two times on
the "create a new rollover state" button. The two new states
that appeared are called "over" and "down". Click on "down" and change
it to "click".

Now all you have to do is to click on the normal
state, and make the "normal" layer of the button visible. hide the
other 2 layers. Do the same for "down" and "click". To assure you you
have made it right, click on the normal state in the rollover
tab, press the play button and move over your button.
Do the same for each buttons.
Now it's time to make links for your buttons.
- Select the "slice select tool", select the button you want to put a
link on, and go to [window->show slice]. In the slice
tab that just appeared, you can add an url to the button. That's all ^^

Save the document under [file->save optimised as...]. Make sure
it saves HTML and images, and that he does it with all slices.

In the next step you will learn how i typed the words you're just
reading, and how i inserted some screenshots.
